OUR STORY
We opened the doors to Promise Physical Therapy in July 2003 and we chose our name because we wanted it to be a reflection of our faith in God…the God of promises.
In light of that, we believe that this practice is a product of the provisional promise He has made to all of us that He will provide us with everything we need if we will follow Him.
Our name represents the commitment we have made to ourselves to strive for excellence in everything that we do. It speaks to our dedication to provide kind, honest, individualized care to our patients with cost-effective intervention focused on achieving patient/client goals.
Our name also serves as a contract with our physicians and their patients that we will do all we can to achieve successful outcomes.
Our logo serves as a visual representation of these beliefs. The circle has long been a symbol of perfection, eternity, wholeness, completion and inclusion. Our golden circle is an outward sign that depicts our unending commitment to providing professional perfection and wholeness to our clients.
OUR MISSION
Our overall mission is providing excellent patient care and achieving lasting wellness. We work together with patients to expedite goals and ensure that problems do not become recurring which could limit activity or hamper lifestyle enjoyment.
Achieving long-term wellness requires a plan. The comprehensive program that our professionals design specifically for each patient is an integral part of treatment. This is aimed at not only maintaining, but continuing to improve a patient’s health.
Our objectives are simple: provide patients with a return to full function, facilitate pain resolution and independence while creating a strategy for continued success.
OUR COMMUNITY
Helen Keller, a great Alabamian, once said “Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much”. This is why we strongly believe in being an active part of our community.
We are proud to be members of the Prattville Chamber of Commerce and we work alongside our local YMCA—sponsoring the Nitty Gritty 5k to provide YMCA scholarships for underprivileged children.
We are sponsors of the Centerpoint Half Marathon which supports youth missions.
In addition, we financially and prayerfully support the River Region Pregnancy Center.
